Welcome to Stonecroft House
Stonecroft House is a Leonard Cheshire Home. The home is a dual registered residential care and nursing home that supports disabled people. Further information on the Leonard Cheshire Foundation can be seen by clicking the Red square graphic that can be found at the very top of every page.
This site was originally created to promote awareness of the Sensory garden that was being constructed at Stonecroft House. However, the Sensory garden is now more or less complete so this site will continue to provide information about the home in general. We will also be following the progress of the Sensory garden as it matures.
